Knurling hard chrome rollers give a better surface finish to the products and help achieve different customized patterns as per the customers’ requirements. In general, these are used for plastic sheets, foil, hardboard, film, tiles, glass, foil, wallpaper, and various other products.

Different processing techniques for other patterns (according to the customer’s requirements) are used in the product lines to obtain clear and elegant designs with rich layers and precise sizes.

• The raw material used is 45# seamless pipe/ alloy steel.
• The material is welded, stressed, tempered, quenched & heat-treated for better performance.
• Chrome plated with a polished surface.
• The hardness on the Rockwell scale is up to HRC 62.
• The surface roughness is up to Rao.01 with a concentricity of less than 0.02mm.
