Polyband expanders are very elastic poly bands, uniformly distributed around the circumference of the rolls, and also guided in axial profile grooves. It gives the advantages of the adjustable bow expander rollers and the slat expanders because of its stretching characteristics and helps obtain a crease-free expansion over the entire web.

Polyband expanders are mostly used when working with delicate materials like a thin film. These are also used in the nonwoven, paper, and textile industry.
